A spot
Hi, n this summer i travelled with my family (my father, mother and sister) to Aysen port, to visit a cousin who lives there for a long time. Her name is Gabriela and she is a forestal engineer and work in Conaf. It was the first time that i travel by plane and my sister too, we are very nervious and had a long laugh attacks because we didn't know how to behave.
When we arrived in Aysen port, we spent time with my cousin, her partner and their recently born son, called Ignacio.
We were with them 10 days, and because they had to take care to Ignacio. We had to travel by themself and one day we took the truck and went to vist some places.
One of them was "cliff bay" (Bahía acantilada), where was one of the limits from the Region with the Pacific Oceans. From there we could see the fiords and how the mountain starts to die and lose in the sea. Also from there we could see the glaciers in the top of the mountains. It was a wonderful place because when i was there, i was thinking about the Selknam people, who crossed these canals in just a canoe and with a rainy weather.
The way to arrived this bay was difficult and in a moments we were the truck in the road, and i think that's why i would recommend it. It is a lonely place to spend time
thinking and apreciating the landscape.
